If you want to promote something or any product via email and don't know how to find any email list, why don't you use your inbox message that contain that addresses especially the forward mail as your emails source list. We will show you step by step after the jump.

Here is the step how to extract that emails.

1. Login to mailbox and go to your inbox message.

2. Using the search function in the mail, search for the word "fw", Fw represents as forward message, normally forward message contains many email address.

3. On the search result, open any of the message and copy all the content to the input window box at Surf7 site, click the extract button and you should the the result in the output window. All the generated list of email in this box is already follow the format for every email recipient box.
