On the fist impression, you might think thid BPhone is an UMPC type.
But, when you looking at the specification this device actually is a
smartphone that has a GSM device embedded in it. Before this, some
rumors about this phone hanging around us said it runs on Windows
Mobile, but on the official launch, ARM Linux 2.6 is the choice. Powered
by 624MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, this device only has 128 MB RAM
which is small for this type of device and 256MB NAND Flash Storage and
can expand up to 16GB using the microSD cards. For the connectivity, it
supports WiFi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and GPS which FM Radio is available
too. Weights about 10.27oz, the dimension of this device is
approximately 5.7" x 3.74" x 0.96". The description of this product
states that the Careland GPS software bundled with this BPhone can only
be used in China which the Linux OS includes full Java support for both
English and China Languages. |
