Nowadays, HDMI TV is now common to us. But this is "new" in projector technology like the Acer K11 Pico Projector that was announced by Acer in CeBIT 2010 exhibition. This projector still using DLP technology but replacing the old bulb technology with LED lamp. With LED lamp technology, the lifespan of the projector lamp can extend to 20,000 hours compare to 1,000 hours before and uses only 30% less power. The maximum brightness this projector can support is 200 lumens and the contrast ratio can be increased to 2000:1.

For better viewing experience, this projector can view standard ratio (4:3) and widescreen images (16:9) including vertical keystone correction up to 40 degrees. For the safety features, rapid cooling permits user to take out the power cord without damage the projector. About the pricing and release date still in question.
