Good news for SATA users, you can now get your own SCSI storage technology attach to your SATA device like laptop and external hard drive with the latest SAS (Serial Attached SCSI ) models of SSD from Run Core called Kylin RunCore II SAS. This SSD device offers transfer rate up to 270 MB / s read and up to 260 MB / s write. Available in two different size which is 2.5" and 3.5" with capacity range between 50GB to 40GB of capacity.

This SSD (Solid State Drive) used SLC ( Single Level Cell) and MLC ( Multi Level Cell) NAND flash memory chips according to model and capacity. Other features for this SSD includes the 64MB internal cache, MTBF of over 1 million hours and also SandForce controller. The availability and price is not declare yet.
